When agency and client pitch together, everybody wins.

COMO, a luxury hotel group, needed help with a government tender to develop a retail space.
Problem? COMO wasn’t the highest bidder. Not even close.
And Singapore is over saturated with retailers.
Solution? Knowing that bureaucrats were involved,
we had to make them look good for the voters.
Our strategy:
It’s not another retail outlet, but a nurturing ground to develop local talent.

This is not an ad, but a strategy presentation that helped COMO win despite being the lowest bidder.
